All Have Sinned

Passage: Romans 3:9-26

In 1:18 to 3:20 Paul shows that Gentiles without the written law and Jews with it are both guilty before God. Chapter 3 gathers Old Testament texts (mostly Psalms) to make the point.

Overview

No one is righteous on their own. Everyone has sinned and falls short of God's glory. But God freely makes people right through Jesus, whose death paid for sin.
