The Book of James
Practical faith for everyday life: trials, wisdom, the tongue, faith that works and patience under pressure.
Most attribute the letter to James the brother of Jesus, leader of the Jerusalem church (Acts 15; Galatians 1:19), writing to Jewish believers 'scattered abroad'. Some date it early (40s), others later.
